By using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion.

- Quotes shown are estimates only; final rates and approvals are determined by carriers after underwriting.
- Our content is for informational purposes and is not legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.
- Product availability varies by state, carrier, and partner licensing.
3) Your Responsibilities
- Provide truthful, current, and complete information.
- Use the services only for personal, lawful purposes.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the services or associated systems.
4) Consent to Contact (TCPA) & E-Sign
By submitting a form or otherwise providing your contact information, you authorize Swift Quote and our partners to contact you at the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide, including via autodialed calls, prerecorded messages, text/SMS, and email about insurance products. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may apply.
By using our services, you also consent to transact electronically, receive disclosures electronically, and use electronic signatures where applicable, subject to applicable law.
5) SMS Terms
- Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7) Intellectual Property
The services, including content, design, logos, and software, are owned by Swift Quote or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
8) Prohibited Uses
- Using the services for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose
- Scraping, data mining, or automated access without our written permission
- Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or service controls
9) Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT QUOTES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR THAT APPROVALS OR SPECIFIC RATES WILL BE OBTAINED.
10) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Swift Quote AND ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Swift Quote and our affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12) Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Class-Action Waiver. You and Swift Quote agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending a written notice to info@swiftquote.org with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out”.
13) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (without regard to conflicts of law principles). Subject to the arbitration provision above, exclusive venue for any permitted court proceedings is in state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
14) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the services or these Terms at any time. We will update the “Effective date” above and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitations, arbitration) will survive.
16) Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Swift Quote regarding the services.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction.
- No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
- Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
